TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR DOUBLETAKE STUDIOS

The following Terms & Conditions cover these locations:

1.  The Doubletake Experience

1.1 Each Experience is subject to a Refundable Booking Fee, between £1 and £50, taken at the time of booking to guarantee your appointment date and time. Booking Fees vary according to date and availability.

1.2 Booking Fees can be used as part payment towards any products purchased at your viewing session. Booking Fees will be refunded approximately 30 days after your appointment date if a purchase is not made at your viewing session.

1.3 All Experiences are for adults aged 18 or over. Under 18s will not be permitted to enter the studios.

1.4 You are required to bring your passport or driving license with you as proof of identification (regardless of your age).

1.5 All Experiences are for individual photoshoots (with the exception of our ‘Couples’ Experiences).

1.6 We do not cater for groups of more than 2 people.

1.7 You will receive confirmation of your booking by email. We will also send you an Experience Pack in the post which will act as your booking confirmation in the event that you do not receive an email.

2. Amending Appointments

2.1 Appointments can be changed online by logging in to our website www.doubletake-london.co.uk (your username and password will be provided in your booking confirmation email) or by calling the Experience Management Team on 0845 863 8342.

2.2 Appointment changes may be subject to additional Booking Fee charges. These charges vary according to date and availability and are refundable once you have attended your appointment.

2.3 Appointment changes will be subject to a non refundable fee of £25 per Experience if you do not provide us with at least 7days notice, but more than 48 hours notice to change an appointment.

2.4 Appointment changes will be subject to a non refundable fee of £125 per Experience if you do not provide us with at least 48 hours notice to change an appointment.

3. Cancelling Appointments

3.1 Appointments can only be cancelled by calling the Experience Management Team on 0845 863 8342.

3.2 Booking Fees are non refundable in the event of a cancellation.

3.3 Cancellation charges will not apply if you cancel your appointment within 5 days of making your initial booking.

3.4 Cancellation charges will apply if you cancel your appointment after 5 days of making your initial booking. Cancellation charges vary according to the number of day’s notice you provide before your appointment date. See table below for details:

4. No Show Charges

4.1 If you fail to attend your appointment, a No Show charge of £125 per Experience will apply. This charge will be applied to the credit/debit card used to pay the Booking Fee.

4.2 If you do not complete the entire Experience (makeup, photography and viewing session), a No Show charge of £125 per Experience will apply.

4.3 If you arrive more than 20 minutes after your appointment time, your appointment cannot be guaranteed. In such cases, we may provide either a shortened make-up session or cancel the appointment altogether. A No Show charge of £125 per Experience will apply in the event of a cancellation.

5. Registration

5.1 All appointments must be registered online by following the link in your booking confirmation email. We reserve the right to amend or cancel unregistered appointments without notice. Unregistered appointments remain subject to these terms and conditions.

5.2 If your Experience includes a High Street Gift Voucher, you will only receive the voucher if your appointment has been registered online.

5.3 You will receive instructions how to register your appointment online in your Experience Pack.

Validity

Vouchers are generally valid for one person, unless stated otherwise on the voucher. Group bookings are limited to three people, provided each person submits a valid voucher. In the case of group bookings, the complimentary print included will be of the individual. Vouchers are generally valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Associated or altered Terms and Conditions may apply for promotional packages.

Booking
Office open 7 days a week for your convenience, from 8.30am - 20.30pm. Appointments are available 7 days a week. All dates and times are subject to availability. To limit non-attendance, a fully refundable booking deposit of £25 is required to secure your appointment. You may choose to use this deposit against the cost of your order. If not, your deposit will be refunded within 7 to 10 working days after attending and completing your session. 72 hours notice is required for booking alterations. Every alteration is subject to a £5 administration fee. Rollover pre payment is cancellable within 7 days of payment.

Limitations
Spectators are not permitted. The session will last for approximately half a day. If you arrive late you may be required to forfeit some elements of your session. In addition, if you do not complete your session, you will be required to forfeit your booking deposit and may be asked to supplement any hair service that you receive. A maximum of 4 outfit changes are permitted during the photoshoot. Packages are suitable for all ages; however, under 18's must be accompanied by their parent or legal/court-appointed guardian. Please bring the relevant voucher with you to your appointment otherwise we cannot provide you with your session.

Orders
You will get a personal viewing session at the end of your session in which you are under no obligation to purchase. However, by placing an order you agree to adhere to the conditions listed on the order form. A £5.00 charge is required to cover the Recorded Delivery of your print(s) and/or product(s), including any complimentary print included in your session. Although we will always endeavour to process your order as soon as possible, delivery may to up to 8 weeks. Print and product orders of personalised material are non-refundable. You are under no obligation to purchase products on the day of your photoshoot.

Discounts and special offers provided on the day of your photoshoot will not apply to subsequent orders.

All prices are in British pounds sterling inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

By booking an appointment with New–ID Studios you are subject to the full terms & conditions herein. We operate a professional service and therefore reserve the right to deny or reduce sessions if staff feel that a clients behavior, presentation or hygiene may compromise the experience for other clients.

New–ID Studios reserves the right to amend, vary or cancel these terms and conditions at any time.
